Surrounded by lava lamps and a fish tank in my office (yes - my employer let's me get away with all this), I hope to empart some wisdom to you.

Wisdom nugget number one:

Movie goers SUCK! Whatever happened to courtesy? Whatever happened to respect? I sense that some folks might even think that my request for their silence is me being disrespectful towards them. Judging by some of the looks I am given when I do it, that must be just what they are thinking. So maybe it was an overly starched, falsely happy and social expressionless world that little Beaver Cleaver lived in. But I am pretty sure that Ward and June taught him to stay quiet in a theater!
